Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location and carrier. These are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions.


Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you within 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped. Please allow a few additional days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us at vutruongecom@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes after this window.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within 21 business days from the date of shipment, please contact us at vutruongecom@gmail.com. Claims submitted more than 30 days after the original order date will not be eligible for resolution.


Duties & Customs Fees

Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that may apply are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for refunds or returns resulting from refusal to pay customs fees.
