Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. The 30-day window begins from the date your order is shipped (not the date received).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when it was shipped — unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at vutruongecom@gmail.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.


Damages & Issues

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted. We reserve the right to offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and hygiene products (beauty, skincare, etc.)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


European Union Orders

For orders shipped to the EU, customers retain the statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the item, regardless of the above. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time varies by bank or card provider.
